RETURN POLICY
At Wild Rose Boutique, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help. Please review our return policy below for a smooth and hassle-free return process.
All returns will be for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We currently do not accept exchanges due to product availability.
ALL SALE items are final sale. We do not allow returns on sale items.
We do not allow cancellations on orders. As a small business I am working on shipping your item as soon as I get the order. We also pay fees on each order that comes in.
- Return Eligibility:
- You may return items within 7 days from the date of purchase
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to error will not be eligible for a return.
- Return Process
- To initiate a return please EMAIL us first at Loneroseboutiq@gmail.com . DO NOT send us a return without emailing us first.
- Provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return,
- We will then guide you through the return process.
- Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a STORE CREDIT will be sent by email for the cost of the items only. This means that return shipping will not be refunded.
- Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs when returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
